Flashman

Flashmen is the 10th Super Sentai, originally a group of five children were kidnapped by the an alien group known as the Alien Hunters, for the sake of the Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess - who wanted samples of humans from Earth to experiment on.

They were rescued by the Flash alien race, which took each one to a different planet of the Flash solar system for training. Each of them was trained separately from the others in a range of superpower abilities that will allow them to fight Mess. When they finally return to Earth in 1986 to combat Mess, who is now trying to invade it, they use the opportunity to search for their birth parents. They later learn that their time on earth will be cut short. Their birth planet's atmosphere has become deadly to them and after a year, they will die from what is known as the Anti-Flash Phenomenon.

Round Base

• Round Base
  • A box-like base capable of space travel. It rests on the main Red Planet of the Flash system where it is protected by the robot Mag. After Mess arrives on Earth, Jin leads a scheme to take the Round Base, landing all of his teammate's vehicles within and then taking it without the permission of the elders of Flash. After Sara is able to disable Mag, the team uses the ship to return to Earth after 20 years and use it as their home base.

Mag

  • Mag is a robot programmed by the aliens of the Flash Star. It is initially a robot set up in Round Base to assist in it's usage. However when the five former Earth children abduct the spacecraft to head home with Mess' invasion, Mag attempts to stop them from doing as such seeing them as intruders. Sara uses Jin and Dai to hold the machine down as she turns it off to prevent it's intrusion on their mission. Ultimately, Mag is reprogrammed to assist the Flashman. He upgrades the prisms in their helmets to give them stronger prism weapons when the Mess officers power up.

Kousoku Sentai Turboranger

Flashman joined up with Battle Fever, Denzimen, Sun Vulcan, Goggle V, Dynamen, Biomen, Changemen, Maskmen, and the Livemen, to stand behind the newest Sentai, the Turborangers, as they faced off against the Hundred Boma Tribes.

Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger : The Space Pirates Appear

Years later, the Space Empire Zangyack invaded Earth. This threat was so great that all of the first 34 Super Sentai, including Flashman, were needed to oppose them. The 34 Sentai put up a valiant fight against the ground forces, but when the Zangyack fleet itself attacked them, Akarenger told everyone to combine their powers and save the Earth. This destroyed the Zangyack fleet and resulted in the loss of their powers, which resurfaced as Ranger Keys, that were dispersed throughout the universe. The keys were collected by AkaRed, and later utilized by the 35th Super Sentai, the Gokaigers, a group of five people from different planets who came to Earth in search of the Greatest Treasure in the Universe.

Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger : Farewell Space Pirates

The greater power of Flashman was initially taken by Basco ta Jolokia, but was granted to the Gokaigers by Dai after Basco's death. After the Gokaigers finally defeated Zangyack, they returned the Ranger Keys before they left Earth to find the second Greatest Treasure in the Universe. It is presumbed the Flashmen got their powers back as with all the other Super Sentai.

Kamen Rider × Super Sentai : Super Hero Taisen

The Flashmen, among the majority of the Super Sentai heroes, were caught up in the "Super Hero Taisen" incident. They were presumably sent to the dimensional rift , under the pretense of being defeated, by Kamen Rider Decade while he was apparently hunting the Sentai teams. When his and Captain Marvelous' ruse was revealed, Flashman appeared with the other Super Sentai through the dimensional wall, they then fought alongside all the other Sentai teams and Kamen Riders against the alliance of Dai-Shocker and Dai-Zangyack.

Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff : Super Hero Taisen Z

The Flashmen are seen alongside the Dekarangers, standing behind Space Sheriff Gavan Type G and Kamen Riders Fourze, Meteor, Decade and Super-1 as the three forces of super heroes confront Space Shocker.

Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger : The Space Pirates Return

Evidently, the Flashmen loaned their Ranger Keys - at the request of Gai Ikari - to the Gokaigers whom had temporarily returned to Earth to find and bestow the Great King's Credential to the Zyuohgers. Their powers were returned when the Gokaigers left for space once more having achieved their quest. Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger vs Ninninger : Message from the Future from Super Sentai

Red Flash appeared as part of a conference of the first 38 Reds whom addressed the Ninningers and Zyuohgers.

Flashman:

• Jin / Red Flash : He learned science on the desert planet Flash Star, gaining scientific mental powers and scientific knowledge including a wealth of knowledge dealing with machinery. Kidnapped from Earth at age 3, given a scar by an Alien Hunter in the process. Since he was the oldest of the five kidnapped, his memories about the kidnapping are the strongest, although still fuzzy.
• Dai / Green Flash : He gained great strength training on the rocky Green Star, enduring the most physical pain compared to his team mates. He made friends with boxer Ryuu Wakakusa, who further trained him in his boxing abilities. He arms himself with brass knuckles. Although he has a cold exterior, he is actually a very warm and charming person. He has a weak spot for women, loves nature and ramen. He befriended the teenage Sumire, who had actually died some years back and had been contacting Dai through telepathy.
• Bun / Blue Flash : He gained speed and agility on the deserts of the Blue Star planet. He learned survival skills on the harsh planet of Blue Star, such as surviving 30 days on one cup of water and how to climb walls. He is sarcastic. As the youngest member of the team, he yearns most to find his parents.
• Sara Tokimura / Yellow Flash : She developed a sharp mind on the ice planet Yellow Star, often seen as cold and serious herself by most people. However, she is actually a caring person. She is able to analyze the attacks and strategies of the villains. In the series finale, Sara learns that she is the biological daughter of Doctor Tokimura.
• Lou / Pink Flash : She developed incredible jumping abilities on high gravity planet Pink Star. She possesses immense physical strength, which causes her to easily exhaust herself. She once mothered a Beast Warrior.

Others:

• Doctor Tokimura : A scientist and family man who lost one of his children 20 years to the Alien Hunters. Because the Alien Hunters blurred his memories of the event, he has created a time machine in order to return to that time to find out more information regarding the events. He helps the Flashman with his inventions. In the series finale, he discovers that Sara is his daughter.
• Setsuko Tokimura : Doctor Tokimura's wife, who is also Sara's mother.
• Hero Titan : A legendary warrior of the Flash Stars. He is the one who the Flash aliens based their Flashman technology and mecha after. He was an honorable soldier who tracked down Mess from planet to planet in order to stop them.
• Leh Baraki : The first creation of Lie Köpflen. He fought with Hero Titan and was saved by him; in awe of the legendary warrior's courage and honor, decided to defect from Mess and promised the dying Titan that he would deliver the Flash Titan when it was needed.

Flashman Ranger Keys

  • Flashman Ranger Keys are what became of the Flashmen's powers after they along with the rest of the 34 Super Sentai sacrificed their powers to end the Great Legend War.
  • Any of these keys allow a Gokaiger to assume the form of any of the Flashmen. The Greater Power of this Sentai Group was stolen by Basco, but was later retrieved when Basco was defeated after he infused the Greater Power into the Flashman Keys.
