Patrangers are a tactical unit of the GSPO Japan Branch that are permitted to take extralegal action against the Gangler menace. Each Patranger carries a VS Changer, which they use to transform and access the powers of their VS Vehicles, and a megaphone-like Pat Megabo that doubles as a police baton. By setting the Good Striker on the VS Changer, Patren 1gou can fuse with Patren 2gou and 3gou into Patren U-gou to perform the Ichigeki Strike, One-Hit Strike finishing move.

Global Special Police Organization

The Global Special Police Organization, abbreviated as GSPO, is an international police force that deals with the Gangler menace. They were also in possession of Lupin Collections, though they tend to lose it through various circumstances.
  • Commander Hilltop : Is the Patrangers' direct superior, tasked with overseeing their activities.

  • Jim Carter : Is the Patrangers' robotic assistant.
GSPO Academy

GSPO Academy is the training ground of the Global Special Police Organization in Japan. Of the three-man Tactical Unit, Keiichiro Asaka/Patren 1gou and Tsukasa Myoujin/Patren 3gou entered ahead of rookie Sakuya Hikawa/Patren 2gou.

  • Keiichiro Asaka / Patren 1gou : Is a hot-blooded, serious policeman who is the leader of the Patrangers. He has a positive view of the peaceful use of the Lupin Collection but a negative view of the Lupinrangers.

  • Sakuya Hikawa / Patren 2gou : Is a cheerful, good-natured policeman who is Keiichiro and Tsukasa's junior and the Patrangers' sharp shooter and police car driver. He has a positive view of the Lupinrangers.

  • Tsukasa Myojin / Patren 3gou : Is a candid, caring policewoman who was a fellow student of Keiichiro at the police school. She has a neutral view of the Lupinrangers.

Lupinrangers alongside their rivals the Patrangers are a group of phantom thieves fighting to reclaim the valued treasures of the Lupin Collection from the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler so as to fulfill their wish of saving their loved ones. A year ago, they decided to become the Lupinrangers to take back their precious loved ones who got involved in Gangler crimes committed by Zamigo Delma and disappeared.

They now work as part-timers at a French restaurant, named Bistrot Jurer, in the neighborhood of the GSPO's Japan branch. Each Lupinranger carries a gun-like VS Changer, which they use to transform and access the powers of their VS Vehicles, and a Lupin Sword that doubles as a reacher. By setting the Good Striker on the VS Changer, a Lupinranger can create two clones of himself/herself to perform the Itadaki Strike finishing move along with the other two Lupinrangers.

  • Kairi Yano / Lupin Red : Is a 19-year-old impulsive, fearless young man who became a Lupinranger to take back his older brother named Shori Yano. His parents died when he was a child. He transforms into Lupin Red.

  • Tooma Yoimachi / Lupin Blue : Is a 24-year-old cool, scheming, sharp-tongued gentleman who became a Lupinranger to take back his fiancé named Aya Ohira. Before that, he used to work at a famous French restaurant, named Ciel Bleu.

  • Umika Hayami / Lupin Yellow : Is a 18-year-old stylish, curious girl who became a Lupinranger to take back her close friend named Shiho Ichinose. After becoming a Lupinranger, she dropped out of the Kohakugaoka Girl's High School.

  • Lupin X : Is the Silver Ranger of the Lupinrangers.

    • Tsurugi Ohtori is a mysterious immortal warrior, an astronaut and a head scientist. Possessing a huge level of pride in himself, Tsurugi regards himself as "the legendary savior", claiming all of his feats to be part of his so-called "legend". He also has a habit of saying "My Word" as well as using "Ore-sama" as his first person pronoun. Despite his arrogant personality, he was quite intelligent and was able to take in details quickly. He tends to identify the individual Kyurangers based by their professions instead of their names.
Abilites:
  • Immortality : Due to obtaining the Houou Kyutama, Tsurugi attained eternal life, living long enough to unite the universe. This immortality however, was tossed aside 300 years before, converted into raw power in a failed attempt to finally defeat Don Armage.
  • Teleportation : He is able to teleport himself from any place to another by using the Milky Way attack or the Supernova attack from his Houou Blade and Shield.

  • Houou Soldier's helmet is styled to look like a Kyutama. Houou Soldier's phoenix-shaped visor evokes a previous phoenix-themed Red hero: MagiRed. Additionally, the way the phoenix's wings are spread out makes the visor resemble the for king, which was previously used by KingRanger. This is also reflected in his surname which means "King Bird". The visor on Houou Soldier's helmet is also slightly similar to the visor of Shinken Pink, with the only difference being the upward stroke. Houou Soldier's helmet resembles the Dekarangers's Swat Mode helmet.

    Brave Dino Force are the successors of the Dino Force in the Korean the protagonists of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger Brave. Composed of South Korea residents, the team is assembled by Torin in the wake of Neo Deboth Army's attack. The five core Kyoryuger Brave's transformation device is the Gabugaburivolver and a new set of Zyudenchi which correspond to their respective Zyudenryu. They also each possess a Gabugaburicalibur sword sidearm.

    Spirit Base: The Dino Force Brave operates out of an underground shrine in Japan called the Spirit Base, which originally was located near the Earth's core.

    • Juyong Kwon / Brave Red Dino : Is the "child of the dragon", who trains himself in the mountains at a very young age while searching for his long lost older brother.     • Kim Sechang / Blue Black Dino : Is a member of the idol group Super Boys who gains the ability to become Brave Blue Dino. A befitting idol, he retains his elegance during the fight.
    • Pureun Lee / Brave Green Dino : Is a millionaire noble who gains the ability to become Brave Green Dino. Although a spoiled man, he portrays tremendous skill in gunfight.
    • Dohee Yun / Brave Pink Dino : Is an aspiring nurse who gains the ability to become Brave Pink Dino. She is excellent in fast attacks.
    • Juhyeok Kwon / Brave Gold Dino : Is a space mercenary hired by the Neo Deboth Army, and Juyong's older brother. He gains the ability to become Brave Gold Dino using its immense powers to rival all five Kyoryuger Brave members. He uses the Gabugaburi Changer to transform and wields the Zandar Thunder sword as his weapon.

    • Torin : Is the humanoid bird-like mentor of the Kyoryugers who has existed for at least over 100 millions years, armed with the Feather Edge sword. Originally known as Demon Sword High Priest Torin, he was a member of the Deboth Army who was created to attack Earth as a first wave. However, Torin came to love the planet's beauty and resolved to protect Earth's life forms.
    • Canderrilla : Is a vain, air-headed, happy-go-lucky general armed with the CahaHalberd who encourages others to "Keep smiling!". Using the CahaHalberd, she performs the Joyful Dance attack. During her time as a Debo Knight, Canderrilla's missions involve her getting to make humans happy or utilizing her singing voice to intensify the power of anyone with Deboth cells with her Joyful Song.
    • Luckyulo : Is Canderrilla's childish subordinate and bodyguard, resembling a ragdoll with a diamond symbol on his back. During his time serving Deboth Army, Luckyulo is normally in charge of enlarging the Debo Monsters with Restoration Water, a fluid that intensifies anything made from Deboth cells

    Neo Jetman 5


    Neo Jetman 5 is the codename of an unnamed Neo-Jetman, and the only female member of the team. She makes her first appearance saving the Jetman from Meteor BEM before it could finish them off. Later when J4 mocks the original team while they were exercising, Ako, Raita, and Kaori roll a heavy barbell over to them, which J5 easily lifts over her head with one hand.

    When Supreme Commander Akira Ichijou disbands the original Jetman, J5 and the other Neo-Jetmen aggressively throws them out of SkyCamp. When Meteor BEM infiltrates and begins to destroy SkyCamp, she and her teammates are overpowered, and were forced to take a last stand when Ichijou locks them and Aya in the same room.

    When the original Jetman join the fight, J5 and her team sacrifice their powers to give them their powers back, ultimately making peace with them and admitting they are the true Jetman. Neither J5 or her team participated in the Great Legend War, as they are canonically depowered. The Neo-Jetmen wear a black militarized Sentai outfit with wrist and shoulder armor, and their Birdonic Reactors fitted on their chest. They wear a silver buckle with a holster for their Neo Shooter. Their helmets are bird themed, being silver and black with a white visor with the Jetman symbol on the forehead, and two large black see-through eye spots. Neither their suits nor their helmets fully cover their bodies; they suit leaves their neck exposed and the helmet leaves their mouths and part of their cheeks exposed.

    In the non-canon manga sequel, J5 and the other Neo-Jetman somehow have their powers back and have taken over for the original Jetman, who have retired. When Radiguet possesses Tranza and attacks the city, the Neo-Jetman are taken hostage in the Jet Garuda. After being saved by the Jetmen, the Neo-Jetmen make way for them once again. At the end of the series, all of SkyCamp, the Neo-Jetman included, go out to enjoy the sky together, promising to fight for the Earth.

    Neo Jetman 3


    Neo Jetman 3 is the codename of an unnamed Neo-Jetman. He makes his first appearance saving the Jetman from Meteor BEM before it could finish them off. When Supreme Commander Akira Ichijou disbands the original Jetman, J3 and the other Neo-Jetmen aggressively threw them out of SkyCamp.

    When Raita pleads with J2 to talk to Ichijou, the other Jetman try to approach with him, prompting J3 to hold them up with his Neo-Shooter. Later when Meteor BEM infiltrates and begins to destroy SkyCamp, J3 and his teammates are overpowered, and were forced to take a last stand when Ichijou locks them and Aya in the same room.

    When the original Jetman join the fight, J3 and his team sacrifice their powers to give them their powers back, ultimately making peace with them and admitting they are the true Jetman. Neither J3 or his team participated in the Great Legend War, as they are canonically depowered.     Choujin Sentai Jetman : Toki wo Kakete

    In the non-canon manga sequel, J3 and the other Neo-Jetman somehow have their powers back and have taken over for the original Jetman, who have retired. When Radiguet possesses Tranza and attacks the city, the Neo-Jetman are taken hostage in the Jet Garuda. After being saved by the Jetmen, the Neo-Jetmen make way for them once again. At the end of the series, all of SkyCamp, the Neo-Jetman included, go out to enjoy the sky together, promising to fight for the Earth.
